To ensure easy and accurate delivery of orders, a clear address must be provided containing all details such as building or apartment number, street name, city, governorate, postal code, in addition to a working phone number and full name of the contact person, as shown in the form on the website.
Orders within Saudi Arabia are delivered within 3 to 6 business weeks, while international orders take 3 to 8 business weeks from the date of order submission.
Some handcrafted products may take up to 10 business weeks to deliver.
Shipping delays may occur for some orders due to circumstances beyond our control, such as manufacturing or shipping issues, which may increase the delivery time to a maximum of 10 weeks.
Since these products are manufactured specifically for our customers and shipped from the Arab Republic of Egypt, we apologize for accepting cancellation of orders except in two cases: the order is delayed beyond the agreed period, or if 7 days have not passed from the date of placing the order.
Deliveries are made during working days only, from Sunday to Thursday, and no delivery is made on weekends or official holidays.
Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address and phone number to avoid any unwanted delays.
Orders cannot be shipped to an address that is missing or different from the address specified when placing the order.
If you cannot be contacted or you refuse to receive the product for any reason other than an error in the order, the delivery fee will be deducted from the amount paid or charged as a separate fee.
Upon receipt of the product, please sign the delivery receipt to ensure the box and contents are intact.
