Exchange and return policy

At Furniture Gate, we are keen to provide an exceptional shopping experience, and we offer a clear return and exchange policy:

Cases eligible for return or exchange:

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or does not conform to the advertised specifications, you can contact the customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. No requests will be accepted after this period.

  • Return or exchange request will be accepted only if the product meets the above mentioned defects or damage conditions.

Special conditions:

  • Return or exchange services are not available for international orders, as the Furniture Gate store is not responsible for damages resulting from international shipping.

  • All returns or exchanges are at the discretion of the Furniture Gate Foundation, which has the right to reject the request at any time.

Procedures upon approval of the return:

  • The customer can request to remanufacture the product , and the usual manufacturing and delivery period will apply.

  • The customer has the right to request cancellation of the product and a full refund without deducting any fees.

Product return terms:

  • The product must be in its original condition, with all accessories and user manual, and packed in its original packaging.

  • Products that are scratched, damaged due to misuse, or malfunctioning due to improper electrical connection will not be accepted.

How to return the product:

  1. If the product was delivered via the Furniture Gate team or one of the service providers, you must contact us to arrange the return process.

  2. After receiving the product, it will be inspected by our technical team to ensure that it meets the requirements.

  3. The product status will be reviewed and approved or rejected by the executive management.

Replacement process details:

  • If approved, the replacement product will be shipped or delivered based on the agreed location.

  • In the event that the original product is not available in stock, the customer will be contacted for approval before preparing the replacement.

  • The product will not be replaced with a different model unless approved by the customer.

Refund period:

  • The refund process takes 14 working days from the date of approval of the request.
